After many years of lobbying, no for sale vehicles signs are being installed by the City of San Diego on University Avenue.

This prohibition has opened up limited parking spaces in the City Heights Business District to customers and taken them away from dealers that would park for sale cars along the commercial corridor and leave them there for days at a time occupying the the limited parking spaces available.
