Enrique Gandarilla was appointed the first Executive Director of the City Heights Business Association in July 2004. He has over 20 years experience working in the field of nonprofit and government management and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Sylvia Smith
Executive Assistant

Sylvia Smith joined City Heights Business Association in October of 2004. She is a Native San Diegan and is enthusiastic about bringing her knowledge and skills to the Association. She has over 29 years of experience assisting executives such as Presidents, CEO’s, and Vice Presidents at companies such as SAIC, Lockheed Martin, and General Dynamics.
